Refund / Cancellation Policy
1. Absolutely no refund for all digital contents program registration.
2. Confirmed registrants unable to attend may obtain a partial refund (20% non-refundable, an admin fee will be applied) by notifying BITES Institute no later than 60 days prior to the course start date. Cancellation between 30-60 days prior to the course start date is eligible for the tuition refund of 50%. “No shows” or cancellations of less than 30 days are not eligible for a refund. We no longer offer a transfer of course credits for last-minute cancellations. BITES Institute reserves the right to cancel a full course under the condition of a full refund for its participants. BITES Institute is not responsible for expenses incurred by the registrant.
3. Course registration is non-transferable to other individuals.
